EBC 14+ BMW i8 1.5 Turbo/Electric Yellowstuff Front Brake Pads

Upgrade your BMW i8's braking performance with EBC Yellowstuff brake pads. These aramid fibre based brake pads offer high brake effect from cold, making them suitable for both street and track driving. They do not require warm up and get even stronger under the heat of hard driving.

High Friction Coefficient

EBC Yellowstuff pads are known for their high friction coefficient, making them ideal for spirited street driving and track use on import, European sport, and fast imports. They are also great for trucks and SUVs, especially for towing/hauling and off-road use.

Rotor Friendly

Yellowstuff pads have an unblemished record as rotor friendly track pads for vehicles up to 2000 lbs weight or 200 BHP. They are the choice of 90% of the Mazda MX5 Miata competitors in the UK race series and have been used for two years in the Swedish Camaro Cup and at numerous other race events where a stock caliper system is fitted.

Thermic Black Coating

The Yellowstuff pads come with a Thermic Black coating, which is an anti-corrosion coating for long resistance against rust. Do not attempt to remove the coating with brake cleaner or any other method as it will be removed in the pad swept area by the brake pads within the first 10 to 20 stops made after installation on the vehicle. Removing the coating is not covered under EBC warranty.

Compatibility

These Yellowstuff front brake pads are compatible with 2015 thru 2017 BMW 428 Convertible xDrive 2.0 Turbo (F33) Brembo calipers. Please note that upgrade pads should not be fitted to the rear of the vehicle unless the same upgrade is fitted to the front.
